When you submit the contact form on this site we collect the name, phone number, email address and service address you provide, along with the neighborhood and service type you select and anything you write in the message field. We also record the page you submitted from and your browser's time zone.
When you call the number on this site, the call may be recorded and the calling number captured, for quality and for connecting you with the right contractor.
To respond to your request and to connect you with an independent, TDLR-licensed electrician working in your area. We send you an email confirmation when a request is received.
Your request details are shared with the independent electrical contractor best placed to handle it, so that they can contact you. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for unrelated marketing.
We use standard service providers to operate the site — hosting, email delivery, telephone call routing and website analytics. They process data on our behalf.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how pages are used. That involves cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type. It is not used to identify you personally.
Request details are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and to keep normal business records.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the contact page and we will handle it.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
